Some things are agenda setters and live short, in-your-face, shelf lives -- while other things may go undiscussed and fly under the radar for years. As as result of Vladimir Putin being a total fucking nightmare, Stoli donated $150,000 to the Russia Freedom Fund and $300,000 to the L.A Gay & Lesbian Center in efforts to fight homophobia and to publicly promote their proud stance in support of gay rights. As a result of that, bars here in Chicago's Boystown lifted their bans on the Vodka brand.
