"Priorities"

My mom took my sister and I shopping yesterday with the kind offer to buy us each a dress for our brother's wedding.

So riddle me this:

a free dress was on the table, yet all I came home with
is this colorful pillow I purchased myself...

But isn't it just so super cute?!?

My name is Stacey & I’m an everything-good-that- life-has-to-offer-aholic.” And if I had to tell more to the group I’d give the Cliff Notes version which’d go something like, “You all kinda know me already because I’m 'that' girl. A little different but no one seems to mind. Average in looks & body but what I lack in my chest I guess I make up in personality. I wear costumes when it’s not a theme party & drink apple juice in the morning (even though coffee is the sexier option). Still bite my nails, pick my nose & forget to say “God Bless You” when peeps sneeze. I’m the girl that busts into applause when the airplane lands safely onto the tarmac (I can’t help it. Seriously, I’ve tried to stop). I rock out in the shower, seldom wear makeup, often wear Superman underoos & still order happy meals.” Then, I'd sit back down and likely lead the charge to the bar immediately after adjournment (just being honest...)
