Moonshine

Thanks to my co-worker Ian,
we went to an awesome local restaurant 

for some down home comfort food :)

We started with the homemade potato chips with warm sour cream and scallion dip along with the spinach & artichoke fondue. YES. PLEASE. THANK YOU!

I nearly drooled when the entrées came out

and truly loved my pecan crusted catfish with crawfish tails, homemade hot sauce and a hot brown butter sauce. YUMMMM!

As if that wasn't enough,
they brought jalapeño cornbread to the table 

and we feasted after on their signature skillet apple pie 

with maple ice cream. AMEN TO THAT!

Moonshine was so great, 

we even went back for lunch the next day :)

I mean if it aint broke, don't fix it right?
